This Privacy Policy explains how Valley Drive Golf (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through this website. It includes the notices required by California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send our contact form (on a page or inside the chat), we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the topic, the date and group size you have in mind and your message.
Bookings and payments. Bay reservations are made on Square’s booking page, not on this website. Square collects the information needed for your booking and payment and shares booking details with us so we can serve you. Square’s use of that information is covered by Square’s privacy notice. We never see your full card number.
Chat questions. The chat on this website is automated and answers from the information on this website. We do not store the text of chat questions; we keep only anonymous monthly counts.
Information collected automatically. Our server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time, to run and secure the site. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across websites, so the site does not respond differently to “Do Not Track.” A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as a request to opt out of sale and sharing, which we already do not do.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam protection and limited staff access. No website is completely secure, so please do not send payment card or other sensitive information through the contact form or chat.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. A parent or guardian should make reservations and contact us on a child’s behalf.
